Double egg-laying of the Barn Swallow (Hirundo rustica) in the province of Santa Fe?
Abstract
Here we describe a possible event of double egg-laying by a Barn Swallow (Hirundo rustica) in Santa Fe. Given that the adults were not ringed, it is not possible to know whether it was a double egg-laying event or a nest being used by more than one couple.
