Abstract
Here we report for the first time the presence of Barn Swallows (Hirundo rustica) in the Sarmiento Park located in the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, Argentina. We also found a nest of the species in a low bridge within the park that indicates that Barn Swallows use this site as a nesting area.
