Abstract
The Tropical Kingbird (Tyrannus melancholicus) is a migratory species belonging to the Tyrannidae family. In Argentina, it is mainly distributed in the northern part of the country, reaching the province of Río Negro, with isolated records in the province of Chubut, and one in Santa Cruz. In this article, we present the first record of Tropical Kingbird for the province of Tierra del Fuego, which also represents the southernmost record for the species.
