Abstract

The Pheasant Cuckoo (Dromococcyx phasianellus) is distributed in a large part of tropical and subtropical America, from Mexico to northern Argentina. In our country it is registered in Misiones, Corrientes and Eastern Formosa. Here we present the first records of this species for the Chaco province.
