Abstract

The Olive-sided Flycatcher (Contopus cooperi) is a boreal migrant that breeds in Alaska, Canada, the northwest and east of the United States and Mexico. During boreal winter, the species migrates mainly Central America and northern South America. To date, the species has only one record further south in Argentina. Here we provide the second record of Olive-sided Flycatcher in Argentina, which was observed in Misiones province.
