Abstract
In this note we present the first documented record for the Chestnut-crowned Becard (Pachyramphus castaneus) in the Iberá Wetlands, Corrientes, Argentina. Previously its presence was only known in Misiones and Corrientes, with restricted records in jungles surrounding the Uruguay River.
