Abstract
The Plumbeus Kite (Ictinia plumbea) is a species present in the North of Argentina. In Buenos Aires, it has three records for the Province, and one for the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires. In this article, we report three new photographic records, made on the Buenos Aires Metropolitan Area. Although these reports notably increase the number of observations in the area, and may indicate an expansion of the species, we cannot rule out the possibility that the increase of records is due to a higher number of birdwatchers.
