Abstract
The Buff-Breasted Sandpiper (Calidris subruficollis) is a Nearctic migratory species that winters in central and northern Argentina. In this note, I present an unpublished record of the species in Comodoro Rivadavia, Chubut province, Argentina. This is the southernmost record of the species to date.
