Abstract

The Yellow-winged Blackbird (Agelasticus thilius) primarily inhabits the Southern Cone of South America and, although it occurs regularly in Patagonia, this is the first documented record within Monte León National Park. This finding highlights the importance of protected areas for biodiversity conservation.
